May 11th, 2010Just confirming again that HST (harmonized sales tax) is only applicable to new properties. It seems that there are still a lot of people out there that do not know this. This will come into effect July 1, 2010.

Have you
ever gone to the cemetary & seen asian people having a picnic
or something. We call it Ching Ming which is essentially an asian
way of paying respect & honouring the past loved ones. Usually
you clean the grave site area, flowers are always a nice touch,
sprinkle some alcohol on their tombstone & enjoy a light snack.
