September home sales in Greater Vancouver were consistent as in August & July for all areas.
Sales:
- The number of sales reported by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) totalled 2,220. That is up 0.8 % compared to August 2010.
Listings:
- The number of active listings in Greater Vancouver was 15,041 for the month of September 2010.
